SHIPPING TIME:
In the UK, in-stock items typically ship within two business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Check out the item's product page for the most up-to-date shipping information.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Our products are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.
SHIPPING PROTECTION：
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. If you purchase this protection, your order is covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Claims for protected orders should be filed directly through the Seel Resolution Center.
UNPROTECTED ORDERS：
If you opt-out of Worry-Free Delivery, Giraffe Tools is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen (including "porch piracy"), or damaged after being accepted by the carrier. In these cases, the risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package leaves our warehouse.
AFTER DELIVERY:
